IBYRAPORA LLC operates a product-discovery, marketing, referral and comparison platform. IBYRAPORA does not own inventory, is not the merchant of record, does not collect payment for merchandise, and does not fulfill merchandise orders.

Products displayed on IBYRAPORA are offered by third-party retailers. Those retailers are responsible for the merchandise they sell, including product descriptions, pricing, taxes, order processing and fulfillment.

IBYRAPORA does not currently process merchandise payments. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, orders are placed and paid for on the retailer's own website and are subject to that retailer's terms.

Prices, discounts, promotions and availability shown on IBYRAPORA are based on data reported by retailers and suppliers and may be delayed, incomplete or out of date. Final transaction terms are determined by the retailer at checkout.

IBYRAPORA does not sell, stock, ship or fulfill the merchandise displayed, and does not guarantee that any price, promotion or availability shown remains current at the retailer.

Shipping, delivery, returns, refunds and warranties for retailer purchases are governed by the selected retailer and/or the applicable service provider. IBYRAPORA does not process retailer returns or refunds.

IBYRAPORA may receive commissions from qualifying referrals or transactions with participating retailers. This does not change the price you pay at the retailer.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including automated scraping that burdens the service, attempts to circumvent security, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. IBYRAPORA does not guarantee that product data, prices, promotions or availability are accurate, complete or current, and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party retailers.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
